At TMS customer satisfaction is more than just a catch phrase. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so our terms of sale are modeled to put the buyer at ease and protect your purchase.

Deposits

For the protection of our customers we do not accept deposits on animals that have not yet hatched.

Prepayment

All orders will be paid in full before the order is released to the buyer.

Domestic Orders

Shipping costs are not included in the price of our animals. Same day shipping through Air Canada Cargo is available if outside Ontario. Ontario local orders are often delivered or picked up as agreed upon by buyer and seller.

International Orders

We reserve the right to implement a minimum order requirement. All shipping charges will be predetermined before any orders are complete and are to be pre-paid by the buyer prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
